Intense Training for High School Catchers
 
 
Tuesdays 7:30 to 8:30 pm
 
NEW 4 WEEK SESSIONS Feb 9th – March 2nd
 
 
4 weeks of progressive catching lessons geared towards the high school catcher who wants to excel. Training plans and individual player evaluations provided.  Form, strategy, strength training, and mental and physical aspects of the game are covered. $180 per student.  Limit 4 players per session.
 
 
Catching Fundamentals Age 10-14
 
Thursdays Session I - 6 – 7 PM , Session II –  7:00-8:00 PM
 NEW 4 WEEK SESSIONS Feb 11th  through March 4th
 

4 weeks of fundamental skill development for young catchers. Great for those who are willing to work hard to become better defensive catchers. Training plan and player evaluations provided. Proper catching form, strategy, and conditioning stressed.  $160 per student. Limit 4 players per session.
